Buttered Cod!
Here's an easy weekday meal that takes less than 30 minutes to make! Plus visually it makes you look like you know your way around the kitchen!!
ELEMENTS
Grocery stuff
- Fresh Cod (healthier fish, less fat btw)
- Unsalted Butter (I used the whole stick :-/ and a lottle more)
Cabinet Stuff
- Light Salt (preferably sea salt, coarse)
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Cajun seasoning (optional, I love Cajun anything)
HOW TO: COD (5 mins)
- Season cod on both sides
- Melt half a stick of butter in pan - Heat on medium, cod cooks very fast!
- Place fish in pan and sautee for 2 mins each side (add slices of butter of remaining butter along the way)
- The last minute sprinkle in some parsley and squeeze a little fresh lemon!
